What counts as a "listener" for the Free tier limit?

We measure unique listeners per month across all your podcasts. If you have 800 listeners on one podcast and 150 on another, that's 950 listeners total - still within the Free tier.

What happens if I exceed 1,000 listeners on the Free tier?

We'll notify you when you're approaching the limit. You'll have time to decide whether to upgrade. We won't cut off your access suddenly - you'll just need to upgrade to keep syncing new data.

Is the Pro pricing per podcast or per account?

Pro is $49/month per podcast. If you have 3 podcasts on Pro, that's $147/month. For larger networks, the Network plan at $999/month includes up to 50 podcasts - a much better deal.

Can I mix Free and Pro podcasts?

Yes! You can have some podcasts on Free and others on Pro. Each podcast is billed independently based on its tier.

What's included in "beta pricing"?

Early adopters who sign up now lock in the $49/month Pro rate. When we raise prices for new customers, you'll keep your original rate as long as you stay subscribed.

Do you offer annual billing?

Not yet, but we're planning to add annual billing with a discount soon. Sign up for our newsletter to be notified.

Why pay for this when Apple and Spotify offer free analytics?
